We're here to help you every step of the way. Whether this is your first triathlon, or you're a seasoned triathlete, we have programs to help you perform your best.

FREE for Women's Tri Participants

When you register for the Women's Tri, you'll have access to many free training and support programs. You'll be eligible for a free training plan, First Tri clinics, and have access to online support. You can even learn how to fix a flat bike tire - all for free! YWCA Endurance Sports

YWCA Endurance Sports offers many classes and clinics for triathletes and other endurance sports athletes, such as Triathlon Race Skills class, Strength and Conditioning for Runners & Triathletes class, Your First Tri clinics and more. If you need help with swimming, try Total Immersion training, a swim conditioning class, or Masters coached workouts. We also have excellent personal trainers who can customize a plan for your needs.
