Quotes:

I just wanted to say thank you for a fabulous race. As a first time triathlete, I can't imagine that I could have had a better experience. From the support - training plan, Google group and the race details - the volunteers were amazing - even the food was great - it was incredibly well done. I can now call myself a triathlete, and know that this will be the first of many.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for an amazing event! It was an incredibly well organized, supportive, clean, full of love, w/ good lunches, and inspiring day. Our team cried and hugged, and cried again. We have many more friends at work who are hoping to join next year. It was harder than I thought personally, I just stayed slow and steady - but still felt strong at the end. Don't stop this GOOD work you do! It means so much to so many women!!
   -Ann

Why I Tri: As women swim, run and bike past me I look at their right calf, see their age written there and smile in the face of every media that tells me I need to fear getting older.
   - Clare, age 20

Thank you for your leadership and organizing efforts on this tremendous event -- I look forward to volunteering again next year. It was wonderful to see so many strong women, who were happy and proud with their race -- this will always be one on my list to volunteer for in the future. Thank you for creating this tremendous race for our community...
   - Santi, volunteer and veteran triathlete

"Leaving the park yesterday, there were so many women I didn't know waiting to talk to me and tell me what a fabulous organization the YWCA is, and how the triathlon was a life-changing experience for them. Racing for the second year in a row has changed my life too!"
   - Becky Roloff, CEO, YWCA of Minneapolis

Thank You and Congrats!

From the race champion to the final finisher, congratulations! We hope that you are all recuperating well! It was a fun day for all of us and a lot of that had to do with your determination to have fun, compete, meet the challenge, and support each other. It was truly remarkable to see so many women together sharing a challenge with such enthusiasm! Congratulations, triathletes!
